I’m Taylor Clarke, LPC-Associate and Owner of Clarke Wellness Counseling

As a therapist, my priority is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. Trauma can leave deep impressions, but it does not define who you are or who you can become. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, which means I honor your pace, your autonomy, and your lived experience. Together, we will gently explore the places that need healing, build resilience, and strengthen the parts of you that have carried you this far. Whether you are healing from past trauma or navigating present challenges, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, empowerment, and emotional well-being.

Approach

“Hello, I’m Taylor, a therapist dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and empowering space for healing. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, which means I approach every client with sensitivity, respect, and the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I have experience in working with teens and adults with substance use disorders, PTSD, C-PTSD, BPD, trauma, emotional dysregulation, obsessive thoughts, unwanted behaviors, burnout and distress. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I’m here to walk alongside you at a pace that feels right for you. Using evidence-based practices—such as DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (Trauma-Focused therapy)—I collaborate with you to build resilience, develop meaningful coping skills, and uncover the strengths that already exist within you! A common goal for my clients is to understand the why behind the symptoms and my job is to provide the guidance into better understanding yourself in situations that you face and have navigated. I believe that healing happens through connection, trust, and honesty. My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply heard, validated, and supported as you move toward growth and clarity. You don’t have to navigate the hard parts alone—and I’m honored to be part of your journey towards wellness.”
